Primary equipment used is Trane. Secondary equipment used is Ruud. We service all HVAC manufactures and are able to complete warranty parts repair on any brand of equipment. All new equipment installations are covered by a 1-year labor warranty. Repairs completed during normal service calls are covered by a 6-month warranty.

We have been in the home rental and sale business for more than 25 years. For the last 5 plus years I have used R & D Mechanical Services exclusively to do all of our heating and cooling maintenance, repair, and new installation work. I have personally met two of their servicemen: Cormick and Michael. Both … are highly proficient, clean cut, and thorough. My tenants have given me unsolicited favorable feedback about the good work R&D did, and how tidy they left the area when the work was done. One occasion two years ago my wife and I were out of the country. A tenant had left a message stating that their main a/c unit had stopped working.
