“I just purchased a 1928 bungalow that needed extensive electrical work to be brought up to code and to bring everything in to proper working order. To compound things further, shortly after I closed on the home, a tree fell and knocked down the electrical pole that brought power to my house from the street. This ripped my service box from the exterior of my home, snapping my main power cords in the process.
I am on a very limited student-budget so I got six estimates as I sought to hire the best electrician for the money. Thrasher Electric, LLC was a pleasant and very welcome contrast to its competitors. I called Thrasher on a Tuesday evening and Josh said he could send someone out the same day to give me a quote. My technician was Freddie and he was a delight to work with. He was very timely, respectful, and worked with the utmost professionalism. Freddie took his time with me, unlike some of the other companies I had previously met with, and spent about an hour and a half walking me through all the levels of the house and around the exterior.
When Freddie was done with the inspection he referred to a book that lists the cost of the supplies needed for the job and left me with an itemized service order that clearly indicated what needed to be done and exactly how much it would cost me. To my delight, his estimate was by far the best at LESS THAN HALF OF SOME OF THE COMPETITORS.
The day following the inspection, Freddie brought his crew, which included Eric and Felix, to start the job promptly at 10am (the time I requested). They completed 99% of the job in ONE DAY, leaving only minor trouble shooting for the following morning. I am completely satisfied with the work that they have done and would recommend Thrasher Electric, LLC to anyone that wants electrical work done well, by a professional team, and at a great price.”
